5.  What should I do if the background is black and reports are not visible with black background?

     Ans.   Change the system theme to Windows Classic Theme. then it will be Ok.

      6.  Why an error "unable to fine runtime version of Dotnet " is coming as I try to open the software?

     Ans.   It is mainly due to viruses. Dotnet Framework is more sensitive to viruses. You just install an anti virus and scan
             the system then it will be ok. Sometimes this problem arise due to Mcafee Antivirus. Otherwise you uninstall dotnet              framework and reinstall it.

      7.   As I try to install software error named Another version has already installed is generating. why it is coming?

     Ans.   Because previous version of software was already installed. You just have to uninstall the previous version and
             install it.

      8.   As I try to install the software an error "Dotnet framework is not present" is generating why it is showing like that?

     Ans.   To install the software some prerequisite software should have been installed. Those software's are mdac, Dotnet              framework 2.0,Crystal reports These are prerequisites. To facilitate the software those prerequisites should have              been installed.

      9.   How can I maintain database backup?                                                                                                      Top

     Ans.   There is a subsection data backup in software. In that it asks for location where you want to save the database
             and after selecting that you can maintain backups.

     10.   As I took the data backup and replacing in other system I am not getting previous details. Why it is not getting?

     Ans.   Most probably the data backup from which you have taken might be with Vista (O.S).Vista is strongly not              recommended Even Microsoft people also accepted that Vista is having flaws. Otherwise you might have committed              any mistakes in taking backup or replacing DB.

     11.   Can I transfer the DB from Vista to other O.S?

     Ans.   No, you should not do it directly. Vista is strongly not recommended. If you want to do it you just contact us.

     12.   As I try to open the software it is asking for some database configuration. what is it?

     Ans.   In networking software's if you connect Lan after disconnecting it asks for the path of database storage. At that
             time you should give database path in server system.

     13.   Can I make entries in client system without connecting it to Lan?

     Ans.   No, In networking software's database will be stored in server system. If you make entries without connecting to
             Lan or switching Off server system data won't save in server. At the time of making entries you should be
             connected to Lan and server system should be ON.

     14.   I am getting some exceptions in all the reports. Why it is coming?                                                               Top

     Ans.   Crystal reports might not be installed in your PC. Crystal reports facilitate the generation of reports. You just
             install the crystal reports it will be ok.

    Technical

     1. In production unit as I enter quantity to be produced and clicking calculate as alert is coming" The quantity of maize
        is less in stock". why it is not coming?

     Ans.   It comes because the stock of maize is not sufficient to make that feed. You should be having less stock you just              check with purchases if any you may have forgotten. Such sort of message will be generated only when ingredient              stock is less with us.

     2. I want to transfer hatch eggs from breeder to hatchery In BIMS. But to transfer it is asking for flock in Hatchery. How to           create flock in hatchery?

     Ans.   To transfer eggs you just make hatchery as breeder also. You can just create some flocks in Breeder initial settings.              then you can transfer eggs into that flock.

     3. In feed formula we created feed formula of 1000Kgs .If we produce feed of 1100Kgs.Will ingredient stock be lessened
        for 1100Kgs?

     Ans.   Yes, Depending on the quantities specified in feed formula the ingredient quantity will be lessened for whatever              quantity you specify in production unit.

     4.  What is No. of units and Cost per unit present in production unit?

     Ans.   That is No. of units of electricity used in making that feed and cost per unit of electricity. Cost per unit is also              depended on electricity charges.

      5.  How to change date appearing in daily entry of breeder?

     Ans.   While entering daily entry of breeder you should change the system date to that date and open daily entry. To              change system date you should double click on system time. The system takes details specified in daily entry form              as daily entry of date whichever system date is at that time.

      6.  Can I delete purchase directly if I made entries twice?

     Ans.   No, if you made payments for that you should inform us. we have to delete that. If payment is not done you can              directly delete it.

      7.  In tray settings of hatchery In loaded by column no employee name is coming even though we are having employees?

     Ans.   Only employees of that hatchery farm will come in that list. Loading person should be employee of that hatchery.

      8.   In hatchery How should we enter hatch details?                                                                                          Top

     Ans.   In tray settings of hatchery you should have entered setting details. To enter hatch details select that particular set.              details visible in grid and click Chick Details button visible in bottom of the form. By that you can get another form              In that you can enter hatch details.
