QA Engineer (Manual Testing)
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and checklists
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, usability, and compatibility testing
- Test web applications, mobile applications, and REST APIs
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Coordinate with developers to verify bug fixes
- Validate applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes
- Maintain testing documentation and release-quality reports
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA feedback
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production-release verification
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with development teams
