Our Methodology & Approach

A structured methodology is followed to achieve the clients’ objective. We always follow three phases in reaching the client’s objective.

Planning Phase

Our main intention of planning phase is to understand the desired output expectation by our client. It can be achieved by having more discussion sessions with our clients in this phase. Once we understand and conclude what is the precise requirement client is looking for, then we frame a working plan to achieve the desired output in specified time frame. A day-to-day schedule with the involvement of all the departments and accountability from our end will be prepared and shared with our client for approval. We accommodate buffer working days for every module or every stage to handle any unavoidable delays. Once the working plan is approved at both ends it will proceed to the Implementation Phase.


Fine Tuning Phase

In this phase it is like adding salt and pepper to soup. Once the project is implementation is done and further customizations if any as per the management will take place during this period. This will be the final phase and Knowledge Transfer (KT) and will also be done to the representatives of respective departments of the client company. This phase mostly comprises of improving Business intelligence techniques of the client. We conduct an acceptance level check during this phase and share a complete acceptance level report with our client and accordingly do the necessary changes if required. As per the acceptance level we intimate our customer support about the type of service our client needs.


Implementation Phase

Implementation phase is the most crucial part of our cycle. The continuous review of progress in implementation phase is done according to the plan and can also be amended according to the progress. Our client will be kept informed about the progress and changes in implementation phase with the help of a tracker. Our team with hierarchical structure will be implementing the phase and interacting with our clients in respective hierarchy. There will be an alternate plan for handling if the current plan seems unpractical. Implementation phase will be locked off only after approval from all departments and people involved.


Customer Support

Our strength is our customer support bench and is one of the major pillar of the company. Our customer support earned more accolades from various circles of the clients. We have a customer support which is uncompromised as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our client. Our customer support team does not approach two clients in the same manner, we always customize the way we support with the case studies of clients which adds comfort and perception to our client.
